PROJECT COMPLETED

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

A complex facade restoration due to years of neglect requiring multifaceted coordination due to location of building within the Melbourne CBD.

The works included structural lintel replacement, window repairs, asbestos removal, render repairs, brickwork replacement and re-pointing, and both internal and external painting.

Project challenges included a high level of coordination due to the site’s location, public protection organization, management of building occupant while still in possession, and undertaking the work during winter for a project in which its main focus was the external façade.
