PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Heritage maintenance works to Scots Church – Assembly Hall on Collins Street, Melbourne. Works involved carpentry, roofing, electrical and fire systems upgrade works of switchboards and occupant warning systems. Investigation and reporting was also undertaken on existing conditions of waterproofing, storm water and structural cracks which required the installation of crack tell tail monitors.

Challenges were met with site access constraints requiring specialist crainage and fall prevention scaffold and handrails that were installed suspended from abseiled ropes.
